ORDERS AND RETURNS
- Only products purchased on www.germaine–de–capuccini.com.sg may be processed for a refund or replacement. We cannot process refunds or replacements for items purchased from another stockist.
- If our logistics partner has been asked to leave a parcel outside your residence, and it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
- Returns/exchanges can only be done within 30 days from the date of receipt if items are returned in the original packaging, with no damages whatsoever.
- Please note that you will have to bear the return shipping costs if the reason for return/exchange is not due to damaged/incorrect/missing items.
- We do not bear responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item was personally dropped, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot issue a refund.

- Order reference number
- A picture of the item(s) you would like to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Specify if you would like a refund or exchange
Our customer service team will confirm receipt of your email and advise if your request is eligible.
Please contact us within 30 days from the day you receive your order for any returns/exchanges.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 15 working days.
