GENERAL INFORMATION 

Established in Spain in 1964, Germaine de Capuccini is a professional cosmetics company committed in providing professionalism, innovation and social commitment. Today, Germaine de Capuccini can be found in more than 80 countries.  

Carmen Vidal founded Germaine de Capuccini in Spain and all our products have been produced in Spain ever since. 

No, we do not support animal testing and no animal cruelty occurs at any stage of what we do.  

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION 

Click on the Account icon on the top right corner and click ‘Create An Account’. Once you’ve keyed in your email address, you will receive an email that contains a temporary password (Check your junk mail if the email can’t be found in your inbox).

All members can get to enjoy point accumulation for every purchase – as long as you’ve checked the box to join the Reward Points Program when creating an account with us.

$1 spent = 5 points. Points can be redeemed for credit to offset future orders – 5000 points = $50.

Note: Points are only redeemable if you have gained a minimum of 5000 points in your account.

First, log in through the Account icon on the top right corner. Once you’ve logged in, go to your Dashboard to see your points balance.  

If you have accumulated membership points from your past orders, the total number of points you have will appear at the bottom of the page when you checkout. Enter the points that you want to redeem and it will be offset from your order. Do remember to log in each time you make an order!

Good news, your points do not have an expiry date! Keep them for as long as you like and use it whenever you want 

SHOPPING INFORMATION 

Add the product that you’re interested in to your cart, click on the cart icon on the top right corner, check out with your details and voila! Sit back and wait for your order to reach you. Do remember to create an account to accumulate points that can help to offset your future orders.

Sign in to your account, click on ‘Orders’ to view order history. Once you’ve found the product that you want to leave a review for, click the product link and click ‘Leave a Review’.

PAYMENT INFORMATION 

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Paynow and Bank Transfer. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept COD.  

DELIVERY INFORMATION 

We offer doorstep delivery and it is a flat rate of $10. For orders above $150, doorstep delivery is complimentary.

For self-collection, please select the self-collection option when checking out. Self-collection is only available on appointment basis and can only be done during our operating hours. Our office is located at 12 Lorong Bakar Batu #04-04 Singapore 348745.

Please email us at hello@germaine-de-capuccini.com.sg to set a date for collection after you’ve placed your order.

We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

All orders will take 5-7 working days to reach you. 

We ship to all addresses in Singapore and Malaysia. For all other countries, please contact us at hello@germaine-de-capuccini.com.sg to enquire. 

ORDERS AND RETURNS 
  1. Only products purchased on www.germainedecapuccini.com.sg may be processed for a refund or replacement. We cannot process refunds or replacements for items purchased from another stockist.
  2. If our logistics partner has been asked to leave a parcel outside your residenceand it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount. 
  3. Returns/exchanges can only be done within 30 days from the date of receipt if items are returned in the original packaging, with no damages whatsoever.
  4. Please note that you will have to bear the return shipping costs if the reason for return/exchange is not due to damaged/incorrect/missing items.
  5. We do not bear responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item was personally dropped, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot issue a refund. 

 

If you would like to go ahead with the return/exchange, please contact us at hello@germaine-de-capuccini.com.sg with the following information:  

  1. Order reference number 
  2. A picture of the item(s) you would like to return/exchange 
  3. Reason for return/exchange 
  4. Specify if you would like a refund or exchange 

Our customer service team will confirm receipt of your email and advise if your request is eligible. 

Please contact us within 30 days from the day you receive your order for any returns/exchanges. 

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 15 working days.

  1. Order reference number 
  2. A picture of the parcel you’ve received  
  3. Reason for return/exchange 
  4. Specify if you would like a refund or exchange
